Tenacre works with many companies across Dubai and the UAE to help them get set up with Salesforce CRM or Pardot marketing automation tools. Each project is unique, and we learn a little more about how the Salesforce implementation process can vary and be optimised depending on the industry or business process of the client. We have developed this section of our site so that companies that are considering a salesforce implementation (or Pardot) can read some summary information from companies that are from a similar industry, or that are trying to achieve similar goals. We don’t publish a case study after each project, but we do try to add one or two on a regular basis.
Writing case studies of our Salesforce implementation projects allow us to convey a certain amount of information on how we helped our clients to get set up. We’re going to continue to publish these case studies when we have our clients permission. The amount of detail that we can go into is often limited due to confidentiality issues, particularly with Pardot projects whereby the marketing data is particularly sensitive.
With some of our client case studies we have supporting video interviews, and in other cases we have blog posts that either add more information to the case study or simply acts as a stand alone blog post on the work that we’ve done for that client. When we have some interesting stories or updates we usually post the information on our social media sites, and LinkedIn is a great place to follow Tenacre if you’d like to be kept up to date on our new client announcements or related news.
